2015-08-27 NATIONWIDE REPORT
Expect an overcast sky all day long, with occasional showers and thunderstorms. It won't affect the temperature which will remain hot; it will range from 32-37C (30-97F) during the day and 25-28C (77-83F) at night. The winds will be moderately weak, causing slight waves across northern region, while in the rest of the country the sea will remain calm.
2015-08-27 09:00GMT TROPICAL STORM ERIKA UPDATE
Despite not hitting the land as yet, tropical storm Erika has not gained in speed, which forced weathermen into conclusion that it is a very disorganised storm. It has just reached northern Leeward Islands and it is expected that the rainfall will represent bigger hazard than actual winds. Despite the risk of local flooding, some are looking forward to the showers since certain parts of Caribbean are in the midst of the draught.
Erika will continue its way to Puerto Rico, where its path could cross with other winds coming from the South, which can further destabilise the storm, probably affecting its speed. That is expected some time tomorrow, Friday 2015-08-28.
