The approach of massive Hurricane Irma will produce heavy rain, strong winds and surge flooding in the whole Eastern region. This situation will get worse throughout the day extending toward the central parts. Elsewhere, there will be sunshine and clouds with possible scattered showers in the afternoon. Maximum temperatures during the day will hover around 29-32 Celsius (84-90 F) while the lows overnight will be near 21-24 Celsius (57-63 F).
